Pour se comprendre nous avons dû communiquer par gestes.

J'ai eu la chance d'expérimenté le métier de glacier cet été 2020 à Strasbourg. Seulement la communication n'était pas toujours facile parce que la plupart des clients étaient étrangers. J'ai également dû faire face à des clients sourds-muets. La situation était très difficile car si nous n'arrivions pas à communiquer ils ne pouvaient pas acheter de glace. Heureusement j'ai finalement utilisé des gestes et nous avons réussi à nous comprendre.
