The friend of his lived in top of a 20 story apartment. One day, He woke up late because he was drunken last night. He saw the clock on the wall. The hands of the clock pointed thirty to nine. He was surprised and snapped back into reality. He must go to the work by nine. He put on his suits quickly and went out his apartment. Oh his goodness! The elevator of the building was out of order. He must walk downstairs from 20 floor to the ground. He finally reached the parking lot and found his car. He got in his car and felt the pocket of his trousers to find the car key. No key! He was reminded of putting the key on the desk in his room. He had no chance but to clime up the stairs to get the key. He strugglingly ascended the building by stepping the stairs one by one and he came in and picked up the key on the desk. Again, he came down the building by stepping stairs again. Though he felt his knee ached, he had no time to feel the pain. Hurridely, He got in his car and started the engine. He drove his car and sped up. Finally, he arrived at the work. He rapidly run to the office. No way! There was nobody in the office. The day was Sunday! No work, It was holiday.
