Why?
We want everyone to have access to post their own mahi, the thought is 'more hands on deck means there won't be as big a burden on one person to post'. This will also allow for as 'real time' posting as possible.

Teams could also schedule months in advance. If SW accounts are linked they can be posted on Facebook and Instagram at the same time

Process
All posts to be scheduled by individual team members at least 1 week in advance. Page moderators (Grace & Christian) will designate a day e.g. friday every week to go through planned posts to ensure general quality and standards are met. 

How?

I.e. it would be cool to take a shot of a school/space you are about to visit and write the purpose of why you are going to the school. By having to run it through a process to get it approved, it kind of loses its impact a little.
