         <description><![CDATA[<p>Inunnguiniq is to make capable, confident and competent human being.According to  Nunavut Childcare Curriculum ,it is caring for children in Inuit way. It is the Inuit process used to socialize, educate a child for life.It’s not limited to childhood. It is a life long process.</p><p>In my own understanding , it is the Inuit way of loving, caring and teaching their kids to have a good and happy life. It’s their way to prepare their kids to be strong and and be confident  enough to be able to overcome their life’s struggles in the future.</p><p><br/></p><p>Understanding Inunnguinuq is important in a daycare because learning starts at a very early <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://age.It">age.</a></p><p>It is very important that kids know how to care and love. They are confident to socialize and play with their  friends. When kids feel they are loved,they are happy and proud of themselves. Having that feeling motivates them to strive to be a good kid and a good human being in the future.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>     Refers to the traditional Inuit child -rearing and education practices that deals raising children into a good respective,  responsible, and useful people in the society.                                                                      It is about building good character, transmitting good moral values, skills ,culture and identity. Teaching children through traditional stories ,language guide in calm manner particularly with the help of teachers and Inuit elders. Families are actively involved in children’s education .it also includes teaching the children about the different seasons ,respect for elders, animals , tradition. Inuit children are taught by observing, doing, and how to interact with others.                                                     INUNNGUNIQ                                                                                                                                            Is important in daycare centres because appropriate care according to Inuit  customs and identity , values and not only academically but also strong and useful as they grow up, because Daycare centres Andre the children’s first learning environment after the home.
