         <description><![CDATA[<p>Graphs are a visual way to represent information and show the relationship between two sets of data, one set on the x axis and one set of the y axis. </p><p><br></p><p>These points of data are given by co-ordinates for the x and y axis: such as (3,4) the first co-ordinate represents the x axis and the second represents the y axis, with a comma to separate the two. </p><p><br></p><p>The use of co-ordinates can help us plot lines, work out gradients, and help identify if two lines are parallel or perpendicular to one another. <strong><br></strong></p>]]></description>
