I think if you know the people available for a group, you must choose the people who you actually enjoy working with.

Rodrigo: In my opinion it depends of what do you need. for example if you need a dangerous work you best people will be strong or fast. but if you need a intelectual work the best people will be inteligent.

You should know the people available for the work and try to put together a group that you know is going to succeed.

The key is to have worked with each of them, in that way you´ll know what to expect.

If you have the opportunity to choose the people on your teamwork, you should choose people you trust and that won't let you down.

If they happened to be assigned a task and you do not know much about them, you should take time to get to know each other and pinpoint the aspects where you agree.

Also, you should let them know that they have to assume a compromise and that you have limited time to work on, so that you expect everyone gives their best.

Choosing people who works in the same way that you like. People who are similar to you I mean people whith you can share opinions easily.
