My first leadership experience is when I became co- captain of my school's step team. I original thought that being a co-captain would be easier but it wasn't. I remember when our captain couldn't be at our first rehearsal so I spent half  of fourth block trying to make a step for my team to learn. I had to make costumes, help with steps for the dance.
