2) Change dish towels often.
3) Throw away garbage or un-needed items.
4) Wash hands in warm, soapy water for 20 seconds.
5) Close all windows.
6) Cover coughs and sneezes with your elbow or a rag.
7) Always use a cutting board.
8) Don't use the same knife on cooked food after cutting with raw food.
9) Wash and sanitize all surfaces that raw food came in contact with.
10) Use seperate cuttung boards for raw foods and coooked foods.
11) Don't store cooked products next to raw products.
12) Don't leave things on the floors, trash on the counters, or leave your cabinets opened.
13) Wash fresh fruits and vegetables under cold water.
14) Keep pets off of countertops or/and where food is prepared.
15) Use a clean spoon every time you taste food.
16) Never cook in loose clothes, take off dangly jewelry and keep long hair tied back.
17) Use potholders/oven mitts when taking food out of the oven and handling hot pans.
18) Open pot lids away from you.
