Then each of the ISTIP / PGS colleagues will speak to each table (of 5-6 ECTs) in turn for 10 minutes before moving on to the next table.

PGS colleagues will start the session by sharing one or two "quick win" activities / techniques that work really for teaching your subject area with the group of ~ 5-6 ECTs.

The ECTs will then share their ideas with their groups.

SESSION 3 Behaviour leads

DMLP and AWS will each present their advice about effective behaviour management in the classroom

Each Behaviour Lead will then join their table and ask ECTs for any behavioural challenges they have encountered this term (and perhaps overcome or not). Then, if time, work through some of the scenarios in the Google Doc in the website and attached here.
