The 4th amendment should stay an amendment because otherwise no one would be safe inside their homes. The police and government would hold to much power. With probable cause and warrants we ensure that innocent people are not unfairly treated. This also prevents using unlawfully seized items from being used as evidence in criminal cases.  The amendment that I would get rid of would be the 10th amendment. One reason, they should be separated is state and federal governments have different needs. For example, the state government is in charge of of police protections because different states have different crime rates. Another reason is, the federal government may have different needs. For example the federal government makes treaties instead of the state because, those treaties bring the states together into a country.


Second Amendment

I believe the second amendment should be edited, because certain people use firearms for things they shouldn't use them for. They may also use it as an excuse to hurt someone. I believe it should be replace with an amendment saying that every person who completes a check has access to firearms.
