I think what it means when people become deviants is when people leave the dome without permission&nbsp;<br>and they stay out there and never return.&nbsp; The authors use of allusion&nbsp;<br>to other people is to show you how past people were different from people now in the dome. And how they were more actual people than dome dwellers. </div>]]></description>
