Though you may sometimes come across as strict and have to take on the role of the "bad cop" to prepare us for unforeseen circumstances in our plans, you've never failed to put the wellbeing of ODAIG and its members first, especially in trying to ensure fairness across the IG. 
Most importantly, thank you for mentoring the marketing department and ensuring we were able to cope with the workload whilst juggling our other commitments like WA and school.
