Good to keep emphasizing the things that keep Springbrook unique and the staff who are essential to a great climate of positivity and energy (Rickford, Curtis, the Campbell ladies, Casto, (Judith) Gonzalez, Briggs, Martindill, Martindale, Kellerman, etc.!)

Please keep in mind that we need support in doing our best for the kids, and that everything expected of us already takes so much more time than we actually have. I am concerned that expectations and to-do lists for teachers will increase because that has the potential to make us feel even more overwhelmed. This will NOT help us feel supported. Streamlining our work will be necessary.

The results and conclusions that were shared do not seem to address many of the concerns that originated this process.
