Ullakut to both, hope this letter find you well. I am writing this letter to inform you about your son Maliktuq has recently been showing some behaviour here in the Akuluk Daycare. There have been several times this week were he hit a other child because he wanted to play with a toy and took it right away. This happened Monday morning, as will as Tuesday and Friday afternoon. At our centre we model kindness; i took aside Maliktuq sit him down with kind words and told him “we do not hit other people, if we want to use a toy.” “We use our gentle hands and ask if we could use the toy please and say thank you when given.” One of our early childhood educator spend sometimes alone with him to play together. Because of this behaviour three times we invite you for a short conversation to discuss of ways to support Maliktuq on his behaviour that is not acceptable in our daycare.

Are you and Mr. Kidman available on Thursday at 4:00pm or Friday 3:30pm? I’m hoping to set up Maliktuq a successful week.

Good afternoon, I hope this letter find you well. I am writing this letter to inform you that your son smith has recently been showing some behaviour here in kids on the beach daycare, it has been at least few times that he has biting other children, it happened Friday at 1:15pm and 3:20 in the afternoon as well as Thursday at 11 in the morning and 2;16 in the afternoon at our daycare, we model kindness and we want all the children to be safe and well, I took aside to set down with smith and told him kindly “we do not bite other people, if you want to be shared by other friends please be sure kindly ask if you can be shared by other kids we must be gently and kindly ask if they can share you a toys and if that agree to share with you, please always say please and thank you” one of our early childhood educators spend sometime with smith to play together and sharing toys, one on one because of his behaviour few times. We invite you to have this conversation to discuss ways to support smith as his behaviour is not acceptable.

Good morning parents, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to inform you that your daughter Alyssa has been showing bad behaviour for the last few days here in Tundra Buddies. Alyssa has been scratching and hitting other kids during play time. It happened again this morning and it happened on Friday and Monday morning. At our centre we try to show respect as long as we can. We have been trying to tell her not to hit or scratch anymore and she’s not improving her behaviour. By this time, we have been talking to her and play with her 1:1 to see if it will improve her behaviour but it’s not going anywhere so we would like to invite you for important conversation.

Would you and your partner be available for conversation on how to fix the behaviour she has been showing on Monday at 10:30am or Tuesday at 2:00pm? If you will be busy we can arrange for a different time. Please let me know what time is good for you.

Good afternoon parents, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that you daughter Trisha has recently been showing some challenging behaviours here at the Pairivik. There have been several times this week that Trisha has been screaming to another child. This happened on Monday morning, as well as Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. At our centre we model kindness, and in each situation I have taken Trisha aside and explained to her that we must not scream and screaming is not okay. In addition, one of our early childhood educators has been spending extra time with Trisha playing together 1;1. Because however the screaming has happened three times. I would like to invite you in for a short conversation to discuss ways to support Trisha behaviour is not acceptable.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Aqsarniq

Unnusakkut, i am writing this letter to you as your panik Arnaquq is having a hard time sharing toys that she has been using for a while and she does not like taking turns when another child wants a turn. We have been in George’s in teaching her on sharing but she still doesn’t like giving other kids chances of using the toy. If this keeps happening, we would like to have a conversation with one of you to discuss about the problem, but on your own time, can you please have a talk with her if you can? It is almost the holidays, enjoy the family time, and happy holidays. Merry Christmas and happy new years.
