In today's age we still has the same law putf in place, however there has been some changing in different states. Such as child at the age of 15 can actually would. Martin Luther King Jr, Rosa Parks, Hariet Tubman, and so many other people are just fighting to be treated equally. It is very good to see people are still wanting this with the BLM movements and all the equality protests. But it is sad to me that we’re still having to fight this in 2020. Lots of people are also making a movement to defund the police programs in America, because they believe it is a problem with the Racial Injustice. There have been many instances of police officers abusing their power and thinking they’re above the law. The BLM movements have caused many officers in these cases to be arrested, and they also are making police reform on the horizon.
