The drop lid increase the usability by allowing the user to access the full product at once, rather than having to sliding lid, the drop lid offers durability. It also keeps items neatly organized.

• Durable: The product is made out of hard wood, to last longer.

• Functional: The drop lid provides easy access and secure storage.

• Sustainable: Because the product is made out of wood, it can be reused.

Since the lid of the prodcut is made out of hard wood, it may be heavy.

Overall, the product appears to be successful as a handmade wooden box. It demonstrates the functionality, but there are some areas where that could be improved to enhance durability, aesthetics, and usability.

• Joints: The corners of the box is used for finger joints. There's a visible gap at one corner.

The use of finger joints indicates an understanding of stronger joining techniques, and even though my finger joints are not perfect, it still contributes to the box’s structural quality. The surface has been finished with wax, which not only enhances the visual appeal but also protects the wood. Additionally, the sanding has been done well, giving the box a smooth and clean finish.
