  • Report on duty at Human Resource Department (HR). Briefing about board of director and objectives at Duyong Marina & Resort (DMR)
  • After listening the briefing about DMR, staff HR send us to our respective departments such as me at Front Office Department (FO)
  • After that, get to know staff at FO department and our supervisor that is Encik Ahmad Ridhwan 
  • Then, i learned to register guests who make room reservations on DMR website and travel agent such as Agoda, Expedia, Booking.com and Ctrip.
