A significant learning I had Weaving is a thing our ancestors have done and that shows me that all of our newly born Hawaiians all around the world will get to know what they did. When Esetas cousin showed us how to weave I could feel our ancestors there with us and watching over to tell us there is still some Hawaiian knowledge. Also another part was when Kumu Kanani was doing that song with us i think that shows that that is what our ancestors did as kids and young ones.

This picture shows that our ancestors were always making things out of materials found in their land instead of buying it from a store.
