It gave the parents deeper understanding of the child's strengths and areas of improvement. Overall it was good and encouraging.

Most students took a lead in talking about their stars and a wish and their goal(s.) Some students were shy and needed prompts to show and explain to their parents. 
Parents liked the inquiry way of learning. Parents asked questions about their child's choice of . Learner Profile. 
Some parents wanted to use this method of goal setting at home. 
There were questions from a parent about the choice of books from the Library.
Two books:
Princess smarty pants and another Spanish book(about creating a language). The parent said that it's not a Spanish book but a book about origin of language.
