Obsidia Dream is a Magrathean artificial toroidal planet famous for its glowing obsidian surface and its sparkling swirling inner ocean. It is home to two species, the Noctilumes, shapeshifting translucent beings born from the energy of dreams, and the Selenides, jelly-like beings drifting through the planet’s unseen energy currents. Though hard to reach, their non-materialistic society welcomes travelers for therapeutic purposes.

Made of rock, gold, and vasyon, it appears wholly transparent to anyone observing it from outside. This unusually weird property perfectly serves the reason it was created for: hosting extremely secret factories (that work thanks to vasyon) dedicated to making organs for the entire galaxy.
