Taking time to think through the situation can help enhance your understanding of the problem and also help you come up with an appropriate solution.

All throughout high school I have stressed out. I am a leader in over three clubs, I do three sports a year, I take multiple AP classes, work 10-15 hours a week, and have a 4.1 GPA. Now that it is my senior year I sat down and used individual decision making to help not make my senior year as stressful. I listed the pros and cons of each activity and eventually came to the decision to drop working during the school year. Now because of that decision I am happier and not as stressed out.
