Try & Taste is a small business dedicated to delivering unique experiences through our diverse range of products. We specialize in crafting crispy fried chicken Siew Mai, refreshing drinks made with Sprite, Ribena, and orange juice, and custom-designed accessories such as bracelets and phone charms. Delivery service is also provided for our customers to get their products. Our mission is simple: to bring a little extra happiness into customer's day and our vision is to create lasting memories for joy and creativity through our food and accessories. Try & Taste aims to solve the customer problems. We found that there are some individuals are seeking tasty, quick-to-prepare food options and also searching for sweetly and cold drinks to dispel the heat. To solve these problems, we provide fried chicken Siew Mai and sweet drinks for our customers. Besides, for accessories, we provides phone charms for our customers to avoid from drops. They can also save money for expensive repairs. They can also buy bracelets as a gift and or just to add their personal styles.

Key activities are the activities that allow a business to operate at an advantage by adding value to markets through the organizing their operations. Key activities operated by Try & Taste is enterprise. The products that enterprise by Try & Taste are food and drinks other than accessories.

After a series of preparations, we carried out our promotion on social media platforms like Instagram and in WhatsApp groups. I think participating in the Carnival held by UNIMAS from December 13th to 14th was the wisest decision. Through this carnival, we successfully achieved our goal.

After nearly two months of hard work, our profit after deducting the costs was RM 369.94. Finally, we decided to end our business on the evening of December 14th. From this entrepreneurial experience, I learned a lot, such as how to effectively promote our products and the methods of selling products. I'm very glad to have the opportunity to start a business with my partners. During this period, I learned a great deal from them. Thank them very much.

When we faced problems, my teammates and I worked together to discuss and find solutions. This assignment made me realise that group work is a team effort, and I truly saw the power of teamwork. Many challenges that seemed hard to solve were made easier through our joint efforts.

I also made some new friends during this assignment. Everyone was willing to share ideas and work together actively. I am very grateful for this experience, as it taught me how to manage a team.

To be honest, at the beginning, I thought this assignment would be the most challenging one of the semester. It required us to dedicate time, energy, and money to starting a business and serving customers. Fortunately, all the problems were resolved in the end, paving the way for our future success. First, I am very grateful to have had an excellent group of teammates who were hardworking, considerate, and rational when solving problems. What impressed me the most was a discussion we had during which, despite some disagreements, we managed to reach a decision to sell both food and accessories through collective wisdom and vision. The final results proved how right this decision was, as we met the demand for beautiful accessories and satisfied customers looking for snacks. The diversity of our product offerings was undoubtedly a significant advantage in our business.

In addition, this assignment allowed all of us, who were initially strangers, to transform into business partners and, eventually, close friends who can talk about anything. Gaining friendships is one of the most rewarding aspects of this assignment.

The support from our lecturer, friends, and family was also indispensable. Among them, our lecturer, Dr. Siti Aisyah binti Ya'kob, consistently provided constructive feedback and closely monitored our progress, which gave us peace of mind. Moreover, my friends and family willingly sacrificed their time and money to support our business. This assignment has made me cherish the people around me even more, as they selflessly offered their support despite no tangible benefits for themselves. Their kindness is something I will never forget.

Overall, this assignment has been an invaluable experience during my university journey. Through it, I learned many things, such as how to communicate with and maintain relationships with customers, how to collaborate with business partners, and how to design product posters and write compelling copywriting. I also experienced the hardships of entrepreneurship, which has deepened my respect for active entrepreneurs in society.

During the preparation, we discover that the cost is more than our expectation. We started worried about maybe our profit cannot cover our cost. Other than that, we have a concern in setting our price because we hope to maximize our profit and fulfill customers' satisfactions at the same time. Although we already blast our advertisement at social media every single day, but the pre-order that we receive were still a little during this stage. This situation boost our anxiety more that we start thinking what if we cannot achieve our goal.

When we start carry out the enterprising process, I am glad that the situation didn't occur as my worst expectation. Our products have a enthusiastic response and we've gather a lot of positive feedback from our customers.
