6.00am Wake up alarm sounds. There's never any time to waste so it's straight to the kitchen for breakfast. My usual morning meals are either biscuits dip with milo; oat and noodle. Basically whatever happens to be the foods that bought from my mom.
6.30am By this time I'm usually get dressed, quick check of social media , and then 6.45am it's time to wait for my mom to fetch me to the school. As a school prefect,i have to go school early to o for patrol.
7.10 I arrive at school. I normally reading or trying to sleep a little longer. Lessons last an hour and fifteen minutes and we have two before first break.
10.40am IT’S BREAK!!! Best part of the morning because its also snack time…and the school refectory sells some seriously tasty food. If I happen to have any money, I tend to go for some fried rice.
12.35pm Another three lessons before the class end and as you can probably guess, these are the hardest to concentrate in. At my school I have two lessons of sport a week, and also the opportunity to attend fitness sessions, but you’ll hear more about that before lunch.
12.40pm Time to go back home!!! I waiting my mom to bring me back to home.If it is on Friday, sports teacher will provide specific sessions for sports scholars based on speed, strength and agility. I attend these often- the speed work we do seems to be really beneficial, and you get an early pass into lunch. It’s a win-win situation on 2.00 pm.
I am interested in badminton and i also obtain few achievement which represent my school . Thus, my practice is about 2 to 3 hours. After i finished my training it will be already 4 or 5pm.
5.30pm Return home for the evening. I eat dinner as soon as I’ve cooked it (pizza or stuffed pasta) and then shower before getting ready for my tuition class on 7pm. If I have any homework for the next day I will end up working late to finish it, but I like to be in bed by 11pm. Recently I’ve been struggling to get my work done (I have controlled assessments to prepare for in most subjects), and so sleep-time has been sacrificed. Although it is a suffer day but i tend to spend it usefully and substantial. This is maybe i have a positive minded that every day is a wonderful day.
