-collaborative efforts to co-create a predictable master course schedule of classes to help make Student Ed Plan meaningful and to prevent barriers to completion.
-Retreat for AA and SS to discuss ways to collaborate more effectively and in which new programs can be developed.
-Creating pathways  for stackable degrees starting from certificates that lead into AAs and those AAs into Transfer.
-Integrating the plans so that we are on the same page of advancement.
-Both units simultaneously work on solving the puzzle of increasing student success.
-Conduct mixed focus groups to address our challenges.
-AA presence is in the managers meetings to present on enrollment management.
