The main character did not find the food tasty, as in the scene, she spitted out her half-eaten cookie and did a disgust facial expression when she drank the coffee. In other words, the main character hates the food at the café.

Answer: I say this person is homeless. because they seem to take shelter in a supermarket. And another way to identify that this person is homeless is they do not hold any valuable items.
