There are some tips to help us, for example: <br>1) set goals, like 20 minutes of running every day<br>2) eat more vegetables and fruit because they are healthy food. <br>3) Be more active. <br>4) reward yourself when you work hard, it helps you and encourages you to do better. <br>There are many scientific studies of communities where a healthy old age is typical, like Molochio, the small village of Calabria. The researches ask people like the secret of their long life, and the answer is always the same: they eat a little bit of everything, they eat more vegetables, and they don't somoke and don't drink alcool. So eat healthy is very important for us.</div>]]></description>
