!!!Please join the Zoom meeting a few minutes before the session is due to begin. You will enter a waiting room and be admitted once the session is ready to start. !!!

Camera

The conference will be recorded. If you do not wish to appear on screen recordings, please keep your camera turned off. During the conference we are planning a short meet & greet with the auditorium crowd. We’ll then request for you to turn your camera on.

Microphone

Please keep your microphone muted unless you're asked to unmute as part of the Q&A. This is to minimise disruption and background noise.

Please use the Teams "chat" to ask questions any time during the session. This is where the moderators will look for questions during the Q&A. Open your message with a "Q" to indicate to the panel chair that your message is a question, or put "C" at the beginning to indicate if your message is a comment. If you would like your question to be asked to a particular speaker or group of speakers, please state this in your message too.

What do I do if I have a technical issue during the symposium?

If you have any technical problems during the sessions, please send an email to info@afrconference.com.

The links to the poster presentations in the programme don't seem to work.

The poster presentations wil be available from May 29th.

Via email you will receive a link with which you can watch the broadcast of the event.

At the end of the day the presentations of that same day will be published. A link will be published at a later time on the Proceedings page (password needed).
