We will not be starting from scratch-- this is an opportunity to ID, amend, and deepen curricular 'sticking points', develop and execute ideas around program enhancements, and support how we can train better and weave the farm into more explicit aspects of our program.

Program planning is an opportunity for us to unify our voice and storytelling for Summer 2025, and weave together our shared experiences. There will be scenarios that we may not able to execute ideas due to budget or alignment with program goals.

How:

UGC team collects and documents feedback to develop action items.

UGC team updates Summer Planning team on completion and status of action items.

Seasonal Squad may opt into participating in specific projects if capacity allows.
