Yew Jean Vern (1171100148) 1)The definition of recruiting is the process of attracting qualified persons to apply for jobs an organisation is seeking to fulfill. Thus, publicity will be one of my method to recruit people. For instance, on television, on social media (eg free job posting sites with a lower budget, Linkedln), through newspaper, campus interview, banner and online will attract potential employees coming to my firm. Developing a job description is essential to tell the employees what are the exact requirements of the position. Moreover, I would clearly list out my firm's mission, vision, value and culture in those mediums to tell how the employees are valued. In overall, I will treat the potential employees like my customers with accurate information in my company and friendly relationship with them.

2) There is an online social network called Linkedln for business professionals to connect with their potential partners and to seek for the resume of the potential employees. Linkedln perhaps will help me to get the first impression of the potential employees and narrow down my long listed of my applicants by screening their resume. However, I would still carry out a behavioral interview to reduce my risk of hiring a wrong fit. The behavioral interview will access the applicants on the following criteria such as ability, skills, aptitude, knowledge, attitude, background and reference check to determine the best culture fit other than giving me a working idea of the chemistry between the applicants and the existing team.

3)Firstly, I will make sure that there is no gender pay gap in my company. I will set my compensation system policy into " You get the performance that you pay for". Wages ( money paid for time worked) will be one of the rewards my company offers to my employees. Salary (money paid to perform a job) will be rewarded to the employees regardless pf the religion and races. Building in transparency in the aspect of wages will aids in pay equity. Secondly, I believe in employees do not work for money alone. Hence, I will reward my employees with all kind of rewards from salary to intangible. For example, the reinforcement of performance, the respect among peers, engagement of the mission and the bonding of the employees will help the employees to be compensated in my company.

4) Benefits in a company can be divided into two aspects which are mandatory (required by law) and discretionary (optional). Social Security retirement benefits and workers' compensation insurance are the mandatory programs as the employees are liable to receive these benefits in my company. On the other hand, there are study investigates which benefits are most valued by job seeker and health, dental and vision insurance topped the list. Thus, I will provide great health, dental and vision insurance to my employees, as well as providing more flexible hours, more vacations and holidays and work-from home options to obtain and retain the top talent in my company.

The 25 Companies for compensation and benefits.

1) The process of screening job applicants to ensure that the most appropriate candidates are hired I will use application forms and a few test such as ability, skills, aptitude, knowledge, attitude and Interviews. For other techniques are physical examinations, drug tests and reference checks.

2) Ask the top candidates to come back for another interview—and this time, have the department manager or other team members sit in. This will give me a working idea of the chemistry between the candidates and the existing team, that will help me to determine the best cultural fit. It’s also an opportunity to ask further, more in-depth questions about the candidates’ specific skills and experiences in areas that are most important for the position.

3) A salary (or wage) is a fixed amount paid in exchange for an employee’s services. For full-time employees, salary is generally described in annual, monthly, bi-weekly or weekly amounts. For part-time employees, it is generally described as an hourly amount. I will determine their salary based on their position and market is paying for that position. Compensation can be divided into salary, benefits and incentives. While salary and benefits must be competitive, incentives are the most likely drivers of attracting and retaining the best employees in startups.

4) I will give mandatory benefits which is required by law. Such as, Social Security retirement benefits and workers’ compensation insurance. While for discretionary benefits, I will give health, life, and disability insurance, vacations and holidays, counseling services for employees with alcohol, drug, or emotional problems, on-site child-care centers and cafeteria benefits plans.

1)
A job description that tells potential employees the exact requirements of the position is useful. Even more useful is the process you use to develop the job description internally and the behavioral characteristics of your ideal candidate.Assemble a team of people who represent the best qualities of the people who currently hold the same or a similar position. Include the hiring manager.Develop a job description that delineates the key responsibilities and outputs of the position. Then, define the behavioral characteristics of the person you feel is your ideal candidate.
2)
Identify what your needed candidates read; notice the Web sites they visit; study the listservs on which they participate; determine the industry magazines and newspapers they read. Identify their favorite news sources, forums, discussion groups, and places to practice social networking. In other words, find out everything you can about the types of people who make up the top ten percent of your current employees and the best of your talent pool.
Use this information to screen resumes, of course, and to develop effective interview questions. Most importantly, use this information to develop creative, fun recruiting strategies for your potential openings. Sit with an interested group that includes members of the group you are trying to recruit and brainstorm other potential ways to locate a well-qualified pool of candidates for each position. Some examples I've seen include a very funny ad in a staid newspaper. It literally jumped off the page because it stood out so strongly from the pack. (The ad was looking for a creative for an ad agency; I'll bet they found their perfect candidate.) I've been recruited as a potential staff member while browsing in a bookstore. People recruit at trade shows from the people visiting their booths.
3) Pay employees salary and incentives. The companies with the highest employee morale and productivity pay a mix of salary and incentives. The salary compensates employees for performing all the tasks required of them and provides them with a consistent income. The incentive (which can be commission for salespeople and a bonus for others) motivates them to meet and exceed their goals and gives them the opportunity to increase their earnings.

Pay employees the salary portion of their compensation monthly or bi-monthly.

1. Recruiting is a process of employing new people to work for a company organization. The most methodical and reasonable method I would use to recruit people is by online recruiting as social media sites have become the focal point of online interaction. Sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and many others would give me a wider scope to get connected with the candidates, many of whom I might never find through traditional sources. Besides that, I’ll also recruit people through walk-in interview and advertisement, which covers a vast area of market and scattered applicants can get information from advertisements.

2. First things first, before I advertise my job, I would determine exactly what I’m looking for. The job analysis enables me to collect information about the duties, responsibilities, necessary skills, outcomes, and work environment of my job. With the job description in hand, I’d set up a recruiting planning meeting that involves the key employees whose jobs are to hire the new employees. The hiring manager is essential to the planning. At this meeting, my recruiting strategy is planned and the execution begins. Next, I’d recruit the right candidates when hiring an employee. I’ll verify that all my candidates possess the presented, sterling credentials, skills, and experiences.

3. Primarily, I’ll pay employees salary and incentives. I’ll also determine what my competitors are paying to their employees so that I can pay my employees as much or even more than my competitors to keep them motivated, because when thinking about the fairness in compensation, my employees are going to focus their attention in large part on how much they are being paid relative to similar positions at other firms and other positions within my firm. Next, I will modify salaries based on employees' geographic location by adjusting the salary portion to reflect the local cost of living, just to not penalize employees who live in more expensive cities. I will also use merit increases to reward top performers and also provide employees with non-financial rewards like an annual trip to reward employees who have achieved certain annual goals.

4. One of the four basic employees’ benefits I would give to my employees is the medical insurance. These plans can cover hospital visits, doctor visits, surgeries, prescriptions and possibly vision and dental. As the employer, I will cover the majority of the premium. The next benefit is the life insurance. If one of my employees dies, this benefit will provide financial payments to the employee's named beneficiaries. These benefits can help the employee's family to cover funeral costs and ongoing living expenses. Disability insurance being next, I will choose to offer either short term and/or long term disability insurance. In the event that my employee is injured or has a lengthy illness, this benefit provides payment during the period of time that my employee cannot work. The fourth benefit is the vacation benefit. Paid vacations and holidays are a basic employee benefit. The amount of paid vacation generally depends on the length of time the employee has worked for the company, with a certain number of vacation hours accruing for a fixed number of working hours.

1) Recruiting is a process of attracting qualified persons to apply for jobs which an organisation is seeking to fill. One of the methods that I will use to recruit people is through internal recruiting process. I will consider the present employees as candidates for the vacancy. To attract people internally, I shall spread this vacancy through internal emails, memo or bulletin board. Besides, I will use the external recruiting method to attract people outside the organisation to apply for the jobs. I shall advertise the job vacancy through the mass media or social media. External recruiting method may help the organisation to gain more useful and effective labor to contribute for the company.
2)One of the ways to select the best employee is through application forms. Application forms are distributed to the candidates to be filled. This is considered as the best method as the organisation might gain more information about the candidates such as his background and experience. Besides, the other way is having tests for the candidates to determine their ability, skills, aptitude, knowledge level and attitude. Furthermore, I can also interview the candidates. However, this may be the most bias way to select the best employee because it depends more on personal impression. In addition, the candidates shall go through the physical examinations, drug tests and reference checks.
3)Compensation system is the total package of rewards a company offers to their workers in order to appreciate their efforts and provide motivation. Wages are paid to the employees to compensate them, in the form of money, for time worked. For example, a waiter in a restaurant might get a wage of RM 5 per hour of working. Besides, salaries are paid to employees. Salaries are compensation in the form of money paid for discharging the responsibilities of a job.
4) I will offer benefits to my employees to appreciate their contribution. Some benefits are mandatory but some are discretionary. I will offer my employees all the mandatory benefits because mandatory benefits are benefits that must be given to the employees as stated in law. For example, social security retirement benefits such as EPF and workers' compensation insurance such as SOCSO. On the other hand, discretionary benefits are benefits that are given to the employees by the choice of the employers. I will offer my employees life, health and disability insurance , on-site-child-care centers and cafeteria benefits plans. I will also give free vacation packages for my employees or travel allowance to them in order to appreciate their contribution for the organisation.

1) How will you recruit people to apply for jobs within your organisation?

The most important part of recruiting people to apply for a job is to let the public know that there is a job opening. To do so, I will post job openings on different mediums. Firstly, I will post my job openings on our company’s official social media pages such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and even Snapchat. The job posting will not be just a plain job description, but we will emphasise on the rewards and perks an employee can get for joining us on this journey. In addition to that, we will insert a Google Form to let the candidates fill in their personal details so we can contact them personally to arrange for an interview. Secondly, we can post job openings on various job-seeking websites such as Jobstreet.com to let people know about our job openings. This is an effective way to find people who may fit the job as the people who are browsing through the site are mostly job seekers. The job posting will be the same as the ones in social media, interesting job description and attractive employee perks.
2) How will you select the best employee from the pool of applicants?

In selecting employees, I will have a few stages. The first stage of the employee selection process will be after the job posting. I would want all applicants to make a 3-minute video to introduce themselves in a creative way. I include this in my selection process because I believe that creativity is very important for the company’s growth. Next, they will go through a general screening process by having tests and interviews. This step is important because we need to have uniformity in the company’s recruiting process. This step will be done by the human resource department. The remaining candidates will go through the third step, which is a personal interview with me as the company’s head of operations. This step is to ensure that the candidates selected is aligned with the company’s direction and fits the company’s culture. Employees will be selected after these 3 steps.

3) How will employees be compensated in your company?

As the company runs on a job-by-job basis, employees will be compensated with a mix of salary, wages and incentives. Employees in my company will have basic wages every month and salary for every job done. This is to encourage the employees to work harder on their jobs. Next, bonuses will be given to the employees if they complete certain amount of jobs every year. This is to increase the overall productivity of the company.

4) What types of benefits will you offer to employees?

Firstly, mandatory benefit programs such as social security retirement benefits and workers’ compensation insurance will be implemented. Next, I will implement a few discretionary benefits for my employees so that they feel happy working in the company. First, I will ensure that women who have just gave birth to a child to have 3-months of holidays, and 75% will be paid during the period. This is because the employee needs the money to take care of the whole family while she is not working. Next, I will implement flexible working hours for my employees. This is to help those employees with families to take care of their families while they work for the company. Other than that, due to long working hours in the company, buffet lunch and dinner will be provided for employees. Health care benefits will also be provided for all employees so that the health of the employees will be taken care of.

1. Firstly, i would need to fully understand the nature of my business, as this would ensure the right selection of suitable candidates. I would post job openings via social media or recruitment sites such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet and etc. This would allow efficient application on the part of the prospective employee as online recruitment allows both sides to evaluate their portfolios with ease. Additionally, i would set a 1 year job experience as a selection criteria as they would have more experience.
2. Firstly, the selection will start with the initial interview to evaluate the suitability of the candidate. From the successful pool of candidates from the initial interview, they will then proceed to assessment to assess their skills, attitude and aptitude. From this stage onwards, I would conduct a reference check to verify authenticity of their portfolio from previous employers. Lastly, the final interview of the successful applicants will be conducted with higher management.
3. My employees will be compensated by wages, commission and performance bonuses. They will be paid by monthly basis whereas bonuses will be given at the end of the year subject to the performance of the conpany. Incentives will be given in the form of holiday trips fully paid if target has been met.
4.

1) Spread word-of-mouth information about the position availability, or eventual availability, to each employee so they can constantly look for superior candidates in their networks of friends and associates. In this era of online social and professional networking, the chances are, you and your employees are instantly connected to hundreds, and even thousands, of potential candidates. Hence, tap into this potential audience on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, to name just a few. I will use trade show booth time to meet and get to know potential candidates as well as customers. Furthermore, I will encourage employees to gather business cards from, and develop relationships with, high potential possible employees. And, don't stop with employees alone; I will tap the networks of my social, board, funder, and academic connections, too. In a client company, the sales manager referred a childhood friend, who was moving back to our state, for a position. Out of touch for several years, the now new employee had contacted all of his friends when he needed to relocate from Chicago to the Detroit area. I will also make sure to publicize my interest in employee referrals. In some companies, employee referrals, especially for hard-to-fill positions, are even rewarded with cash bonuses. Posting all open positions, announcing openings at the company meetings and sharing growth plans with company members will help spread the message.

2) A job description that tells potential employees the exact requirements of the position is useful. Even more useful is the process you use to develop the job description internally and the behavioural characteristics of your ideal candidate. Assemble a team of people who represent the best qualities of the people who currently hold the same or a similar position. Include the hiring manager. Develop a job description that delineates the key responsibilities and outputs of the position. Then, I would define the behavioural characteristics of the person I feel that is my ideal candidate. Finally, I may list down five to ten key responsibilities and characteristics that I would use to screen resumes, perform phone screens and eventually, establish the questions for the candidates you interview. Sound like a lot of effort? It is. But, I'll have a much better idea about the characteristics of the ideal candidate that I want to attract to my company when I am do this planning via email or a recruiting planning meeting.

3) First and foremost, I would pay for employees to participate in and network in industry groups, conferences and trade shows. Periodically, create master lists of industry leaders and other potential employees from customers, colleagues, co-workers, and friends. Moreover, I will develop a plan for contacting these people systematically and regularly. I will also be prepared to share the job description with them through the mail, email, on the Internet and by fax. Then, I will follow up on every good lead; use extensive telephone networking; bring people in for interviews before the company have an available position. I may even want to consider starting a periodic company newsletter to keep my master lists of potential employees, customers and interested others up-to-date about company progress and happenings by using online or mail distribution to send these out.

4) I will keep the benefits above industry standard and add new benefits as the company can afford them. There must be a need to educate employees about the cost and value of their benefits so they appreciate how well you are looking out for their needs. Treasured currently by employees is flexibility and the opportunity to balance work with other life responsibilities, interests, and issues. Therefore, we can't be an employer of choice without a good benefits package that includes standard benefits such as medical insurance, retirement, and dental insurance. Employees are increasingly looking for cafeteria-style benefits plans in which they can balance their choices with those of a working spouse or partner. Pfau and Kay recommend stock and ownership opportunities for every level of employees in your organization. I like profit sharing plans and bonuses that pay the employee for measurable achievements and contributions.

1) How will you recruit people to apply for jobs within your organisation?

Before the actual recruitment proves begins I will be conducting a thorough forecasting of the internal and external supply of employees available. After that, I will identify the departments within the organisation that will require a change of staff or an increase of staff. Then I will begin the recruitment process starting from the internal environment by looking at the potential delegation of the current staff into the departments that need change. If there is a shortage of skilled workers within the organisation, only then will I look into external recruiting. This will be done through public advertisements by using social networking sites such as Facebook and also some traditional forms of advertisement such as the newspapers or the magazines.

2) How will you select the best employee from the pool of applicants?

After identifying which departments need change in staff or an increase in staff, I can list out the required skills associated to that particular department. This way the process of screening through the applicants becomes easy. The first would be going through the application forms and only selecting the applicants who meet the requirement. Then I will conduct an interview to assess their communications skills and also to test their knowledge in the field as well as to see how passionate they are. Other test that may be included depending on the requirements will be a drug test to make sure that the applicant has no drug use as it may be a counterproductive behaviour for the business. Also a reference check may a also be useful to see the applicants records in previous companies.

3) How will employees be compensated in your company?

A compensation can be defined as a total package of rewards the company offers to the employees. This can be in the form of wages or salaries. A wage is the money paid for the time worked and the salary is the money paid to perform a job. In deciding how much the employees are to be compensated I will look into my competitors wage policy and also the internal wage and salary of my company. The competitors wage policy needs to observed so that there in little to none turnover in the workforce. Also in deciding how much to pay them I will have to see the nature of the job they are doing, the environment and the hazards.

4) What types of benefits will you offer to employees?

The benefits is different from the incentive programs as it is normally something enforced by the law. Aside from the required benefits such as social security retirement benefits and insurance, there can also be vacations,bonuses,on-site-child care services, cafeteria and so on. There can also be a counselling centre for the employees who are suffering with alcohol abuse and substance abuse. This can help in negating the adverse effects of counterproductive behaviours such as racism or sexual abuse in the work place so that employees are comfortable at the work place.

1. Recruitment is one of the steps in the hiring process companies use to hire new employees. I will recruit people to apply for jobs by posting open positions on job boards like Jobstreet and Monster.com. Job seekers can create a profile on these sites and upload resumes and letters to apply for jobs. In addition, many of the top job boards have mobile apps so you can job search on the fly from your phone or tablet. Furthermore, LinkedIn's Recruiting Solutions enables companies to easily source candidates, share and advertise jobs on LinkedIn and create company career pages to attract and engage talent.Job seekers can search for job openings directly on LinkedIn and follow companies to get the latest news and current job openings. To use LinkedIn most effectively, your profile should be carefully optimized so recruiters can find you when they search for qualified candidates. The use of social recruiting, which takes place when companies use social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter to advertise job openings and recruit potential employees is continuing to increase. Most top sites have Twitter pages where they tweet job openings and career advice. On Facebook, for example, you can find job listings and career tips on the Facebook pages of many job boards.

2. I will take my time to select the best employees from a pool of qualified applicants. Hiring in haste often leads to significant, or even disastrous, mistakes. While my company may be operating short-handed right now, it’s better to give myself the time I need to make the best decision and hire an excellent employee who’s likely to deliver value for years. Otherwise, I will risk hiring the wrong candidate—and if things don’t work out, I’ll have to start the hiring process all over again.

With technical qualifications being equal, an important differentiator for the right candidate is cultural fit.I will look for a candidate with soft skills and personal qualities that will balance out the team they’re being hired to, as well as the organization overall. At the same time, I will choose someone who holds values and ethics that align with the company, and who will get along well with other employees.

If I'm still struggling to make a final decision, passion may be my trump card. A candidate who’s passionate about the profession, and the specific position at my company they’re interviewing for, may be the best choice.

Consider personal passions as well as professional aspirations here, and look for places where the two align. Employees will be putting 40 or more hours a week into their jobs—so they should be doing something they enjoy, or their morale and productivity will suffer.

3. Employee compensation is the definition of payment of wages and benefits -- is one of the most important aspects of being an employer, and also one of the most litigious. My workers will be rewarded by commission and wages. My workers will be also be given bonuses at the end of the year. Lastly, incentives will be rewarded to them i the form of a company holiday.

4. Benefits are any perks offered to employees in addition to salary. The most common benefits are medical, disability, retirement benefits and paid time off.

Medical insurance covers the costs of physician and surgeon fees, hospital rooms, and prescription drugs. Dental and optical care might be offered as part of an overall benefits package. Coverage can sometimes include the employee's family. I will pay part of the premium for employee medical insurance.

Disability insurance replaces all or part of the income that is lost when a worker is unable to perform their job because of illness or injury. There are two main types of disability insurance:

Short-term disability

insurance begins right away or within a few weeks of an accident, illness, or some other disability. For example, someone hurt in a car accident would be offered a few paid weeks to recover.

Long-term disability

insurance provides benefits to an employee when a long-term or permanent illness, injury, or disability leaves the individual unable to perform his or her job. For example, an employee with spinal injuries could be entitled to long-term disability benefits until retirement age.

Retirement benefits are funds set aside to provide people with an income or pension when they end their careers. Retirement plans fit into two general categories:

In defined benefit plans (sometimes called pension plans), the benefit amount is pre-determined based on salary and the years of service. In these plans, the employer bears the risk of the investment.

In defined contribution plans (such as a 401k plan), employer or employee contributions are specified, but the benefit amount is usually tied to investment returns, which are not guaranteed.

Paid time off (also referred to as PTO) is earned by employees while they work. The three common types of paid time off are holidays, sick leave, and vacation leave.

1. How will you recruit people to apply for jobs within your organisation?
There are two types of recruiting method, internal recruiting and external recruiting. I will be focusing more on external recruiting such as posting advertisement about the job recruitment. I will post at websites that many applicants will visit such as Jobstreet and LinkedIn. This is to open more chances to the applicants and the business itself.

2. How will you select the best employee from the pool of applicants ?
In order to select the best employee, I will conduct tests to test the applicants' ability, skills, aptitude, knowledge and also their attitude. This is to ensure that the applicants know how to apply their knowledge into their job. This also will help to show the attitude of the applicants towards the job.

3. How will employees be compensated in your company?
Compensation is important to satisfy an employee. It is needed to reward the employees. In my company, the first option to compensate them is through wages. Suitable money is paid for the employees time worked. Secondly is to compensate with incentive programs. One of them is bonuses, the special payments above the employees' salary. Company will also provide profit-sharing to the employees that they will get bonuses when company profits rise above a certain level.

4.What types of benefits will you offer to employees?
Firstly, I will provide the mandatory benefits programs that are required by law such as workers' compensation insurance.
Secondly, I will provide discretionary benefits programs such as health, life, dental, and vision insurance that most of the employees are considering these benefits as important benefits. Besides, I will also provide on-site child-care centers to the employees that have child.

Leanne Rose Anthony (1171100019)
1. There are two methods in which I can recruit people to apply for jobs in my organisation which are internal and external recruiting. Firstly, I would start with internal recruiting where I will consider present employees as candidates for the position that I am offering. If the positions are able to be filled up by the present employees, there is no need for me to proceed with the second method. However, if the positions are not filled up, I will follow through with external recruiting. I will do this by advertising the job descriptions in newspapers and social medias such as Facebook.

2. In selecting the best employees, there are 3 methods in which I can go about. Firstly, I will provide application forms for the applicants to ensure their personal details are provided. Next, I will conduct an IQ test and a test on the ability of the applicants to perform their job well. Lastly, I will also conduct interviews to ensure the best employees are selected.

3. I will compensate my employees by paying them wages and salaries. Wages is a compensation in the form of money paid for time worked while salaries is a compensation in the form of money paid for discharging the responsibilities of a job.

4. There are two types of benefits which I will provide to my employees which are mandatory and discretionary benefits. Mandatory benefits include social security retirement benefits and workers’ compensation insurance. These benefits are required to be given under the law. On the other hand, discretionary benefits are optional and it includes health, life and disability insurance, on-site child-care centres and cafeteria benefit plans.

1. I would recruit people by first of all posting on job boards such as Jobstreet, Monster.com and also Dice.com where the job seekers are able to create a profile on these websites and upload resumes and are also able to send letters to apply for the jobs.
Other than that, in current status quo where majority of the population are connected via social media's, more and more people are able to be informed of the job offers made by companies and will definitely attract the kind of people that have potential for the desired position. Such social media's are facebook, twitter and etc.

2. In order to select the best employee from the pool of applications, after the selection based on the resume there will be a stage where the applicants would have to go through an interview to ensure that the applicant is someone that is easy to cooperate with and has an open mind to receiving feedbacks on the work that they have done. After that is to ensure that they have the skills to work in the company and are able to bring out the most of their ability for the betterment of the company as a whole.

3. In my company, the employees will be compensated by monthly wages which may or may not increase depending on the credibility of the employee to ensure that they are being the amount that is equivalent to the work that they have done. Other than that, bonuses will also be given to those that have achieved the goal that had been set by the company during the monthly meeting to ensure that they are compensated generously in order for the employee to be motivated to work even harder in the company and also to other employees as well.

4. The types of benefits that I would offer to my employees are health insurance not only for the employee but also for the family members of the employee to ensure that the health of the family is taken cared of. Sick leave and also maternal leave will also be given to the employees. I would also be organizing annual end of the year trips for the employees as a sign of gratitude depending on the profits made by the company for that year.

1. Offer employees some way to move upwards. Most employees aren't looking for jobs where they’ll do the same thing for the next thirty years. They're looking for positions that offer opportunities for advancement.

2. We can offer employee incentives programs, it is not only a reward for employees' performances but may give prospective employees something to look forward to if they come work for us.

2. I will select the best employee from the pool of applicants by planning employee recruiting strategy, using checklists for hiring employee, reviewing credentials and applicants carefully, asking the correct job interview questions, and check the backgrounds and references of the employee.
3. The employees can be compensated in company by having incentives and bonus plan to clear guidelines to minimize confusion. Besides, salary is also one of the way to have the employees to be compensated. Lastly, commissions given to compensate the employees in my company.

I will recruit people to apply jobs in my company by posting advertistments on various social media platforms or local newspapers to inform the public that there is a vacated position which needed to be filled in.
I will take my time and review the applicant's skills set and personality, whether the person I'm hiring could balance out my team of people and also could get along well with other employees. Next, I will see if the candidate could demonstrate his or her expertise on various work environment in order to bring profit to the company. I will also look for candidates who are very passionate in their career in order for them to perform at their best.
Of course in order to compensate employees' time for working hard in my company I have to pay them in the form of their salary or wages. Both of these must be in monetary form. Not only wages or salaries, year end bonuses, offering stocks, offering benefits, offering knowledge to interns, offering commissions to sales rep and also offering raise are also ways for me to compensate my workers for willing to participate my business and also sacrificing their time.
Types of benefits I will offer to my employees are health benefits, including dental care, sick leave, hospital cost over a certain amount, maternal leave and others. Next I will be providing pensions plans for my employees after retiring. Not only every year end a company annual trip will be organized. In terms of working hours, workers can have flexible working hours or a two employees job sharing program.

1) How will you recruit people to apply for jobs within your organisation?
First, I will look for referrals, where referrals are one of the most inexpensive recruitment method for businesses. The effectiveness of employee referrals is proven and it can ensure reasonable skill sets and integrity in the new hire. Candidates may also have a more realistic expectation about the company compared to a total stranger.

Second, I will recruit through online method, such as advertising in established online job portals. Furthermore, advertising job posting through social networking websites such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn can be one of the options.

2) How will you select the best employee from the pool of applicants?
I will look for candidates with a commitment to their career, because when a person is not committed to his or her career, then hiring this person could be a problem to the company. Furthermore, I will assess the skill of the candidates, such as the learning and analytical skills during the interview as evaluation on the basis of their resume may not be accurate. The company needs someone who has the right skills and educational requirement for respective position. On the other hand, the candidates must also fit into the company’s culture and able to communicate and cooperate with the colleagues and clients.

3) How will employees be compensated in your company?
Compensation is where monetary terms or benefits and rewards paid or given to employees in exchange for the services they provide. It may include base salary, wages, incentives and/or commission and other forms of benefits.

The first option of compensation is that a salary will be paid in exchange for an employee’s services. The second option is incentives, such as bonuses, profit sharing and becoming the shareholder of the company. The third option is by giving out commissions to remunerate employees for securing the sale of a product or service.

4) What types of benefits will you offer to employees?
The types of benefits that I will offer to employees is annual leave, medical leave and education leave. Besides that, healthcare insurance for employee, employee’s spouse and family. Furthermore, annual company trip will be organized. Allowances for electronics and gadgets will be offered to employees who have worked many years in the company. Company’s facilities will be upgraded in order to give a comfortable working environment to the employees.

1) I will recruit people by simply posting jobs on my business website and waiting for applicants to find the job posting and apply. I will also post open positions on job boards like Monster.com, CareerBuilder.com, and Dice.com. Job seekers can create a profile on these sites and upload resumes and letters to apply for jobs. I will also use LinkedIn to recruit because LinkedIn's Recruiting Solutions enables companies to easily source candidates, share and advertise jobs on LinkedIn and create company career pages to attract and engage talent. I will use social recruiting like Facebook and Twitter to advertise job openings and recruit potential employees. I will have Facebook and Twitter pages where list out my business information, job postings, tips and advice for applying and information about what it's like to work for the company.

2) I will hold a final interview round for outside opinions. It will also be an opportunity to ask further, more in-depth questions about the candidates?specific skills and experiences in areas that are most important for the position. Besides, the other way is having tests for the candidates to determine their ability, skills, aptitude, knowledge level and attitude.

3) A A salary (or wage) is a fixed amount paid in exchange for an employee services. For full-time employees, salary is generally described in annual, monthly, bi-weekly or weekly amounts. For part-time employees, it is generally described as an hourly amount. While salary and benefits must be competitive, incentives are the most likely drivers of attracting and retaining the best employees in startups. There are three key types of incentives: bonuses, profit sharing and stock options.
4) l'll offer healthcare insurance. I will also offer a company trip for the employees. It shall cover the costs of physician and surgeon fees, hospital rooms, and prescription drugs. 1. Firstly, I will recruit people by placing ads in local newspapers and online, publishing internal announcements for promotions and personal referrals, enlisting employment and executive recruitment agencies and using government job centers.

2. I will choose the best employee by audit my best competitors' experiences and solicit myself what kind from interesting abilities every one of them would have the capacity to convey to the organization. For some associations, outstanding amongst other integral variables is finding a competitor who has exhibited the capacity to adjust their ability to different situations. A feeling of readiness to learn new abilities or receive new perspectives is likewise a major plus.

3. Employees will be compensated with salary and incentives.
I will pay employees the salary portion of their compensation monthly or bi-monthly and the incentive portion of their compensation as soon after they meet their goals as feasible. Thus, quarterly incentive payments are usually more motivating than annual payments and monthly incentive payments are often best

4. I will offer healthcare insurance, vacation/paid time off, performance bonus, paid sick days and retirement plan and/or pension.

Secondly, I will publish the job recruitment advertisement on newspapers so that people without internet can get to know about this opportunity.

Besides, this makes the company to know more about the candidate's background and experiences. Thirdly, I will raise a discussion by allocating five candidates in a team. This is to observe their teamwork and the ways they handle with socialization.

3. Employees will be compensated with wages, incentive and also insurance. It's necessary to give some incentive to the employees to encourage them to work harder as they know what they contribute to the company will make them to get certain returns. Insurance is a basic welfare for employees as they may get hurt in their works.

Lastly, the final interview of the successful applicants will be conducted with higher management.

Pay employees the incentive portion of their compensation as soon after they meet their goals as feasible. Thus, quarterly incentive payments are usually more motivating than annual payments and monthly incentive payments are often best.
4)
The following are compensation and benefits that employers are required by federal or state law to provide.

COBRA
Disability
Family and Medical Leave Act
Minimum Wage
Overtime
Unemployment Benefits
Workers Compensation

1) I would recruit people through mass media. For example: newspaper, social networking, radio and television broadcast.
However, in my opinion , social networking is the most efficient and less cost way.
2) Firstly I would look through the applicants resume. After filtering the basic requirements like age, health conditions, education level . I would call up for an interview. I would give them a 3 months trial program.

1. I would recruit people to apply for jobs within my organisation with the two methods, namely internal recruiting and external recruiting. Internal is when the business looks to fill the vacancy from within its existing workforce whereas external is when the business looks to fill the vacancy from any suitable applicant outside the business. Social media or advertisements in newspaper, magazines or boards can be used to attract applicants.

2. I would hand out application forms to those interested and of course, with it comes with their resume. I will then judge based on their accomplishments and experiences before calling them for an interview. During the interview, I will ask questions and even throw out some scenarios to test them if they are able to think on their feet. If the applicant had come from another job, I would contact the employer and ask about his/her behavior in the workplace. When the applicant satisfies all of the above criteria, only then will I select he/she as the best employee from the pool of applicants.

3. Employees will be compensated by wages and salary.

1.Recruitment is one of the steps in the hiring process companies use to recruit and hire new employees. The recruitment phase of the hiring process takes place when the company tries to reach a pool of candidates through job postings on company and external websites, job refferels, help wanted advertisemnets, college campus recruitment, social media recruiting, and other recruiting outreach.Job applicants who respond to the recruitment efforts of the company are then screened to determine if they are qualified for the job.Selected candidates are invited to interviews and other methods of assessment. Employers may check the background of prospective employees, as well as check references prior to making job offer and hiring the top candidate for the position.I will recruit by simply posting jobs on their company website and waiting for applicants to find the job posting and apply. They don't need to do anything else because of the volume of applications they receive. I also will give adds on the newspaper. People don't need to buy the paper, they can check online. I will also use social media to recruitment. Example, facebook, twitter, instagram and etc. Lastly is walk-in applications.

2.First, I will look for a candidate with soft skills and personal qualities that will balance out the team they are being hired to, as well as the organization overall. Choose someone who holds values and ethics that align with the company, and who will get along well with other employees. Identifying the unique skills so each of them would be able to bring to the company. Finding a candidate who has demonstrated the ability to adapt their expertise to various environments. A sense of willingness to learn new skills or adopt new viewpoints is also a big plus.

3.I will pay employees salary and incentives. The companies with the highest employee morale and productivity pay a mix of salary and incentives. I will determine what my competitors are paying. One way to attract and retain top employees- and keep them as much or more than your competitors.

4.Benefits that i will offer to employees are medical insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, domestic partner benefits, paid time off, fringe benefits and etc.
