Overall, agriculture employs the majority of Tanzanians, while the services sector employs the most people in Ireland, and construction employs the fewest people in both nations.

Agriculture employs the vast majority of Tanzanians. Only 2% of Irish people work in agriculture, whereas nearly four out of five with seventy percents of labor in this area. The service sector in Ireland is the major employer, employing over 70% of the population. Despite the fact that Tanzania has a considerable tourism sector, which is included in the services statistic, the figure for Tanzania is only 14.2 percent.

Manufacturing employs almost a fifth of the population in Ireland with a portion of 21.5 percent. Other industries play a minor role in both countries. Construction, for example, accounts for less than 5% of employment in Ireland, and even less so in Tanzania, where it employs only 0.6 percent of the population.

               Overall, the island underwent a significant modernization with more services added to upgrade the tourists’ experience

               In the eastern part of Paradise Island, they constructed the scenic lookout near the rocks at on the upper side of the island, providing better provision of the sea for tourists. Additionally, the natural spring has been reduced in size and more places were added such as the café, bbq area and cycle path.

               In the middle of the island, a vast area of palm was cut off to open a spacious open restaurant attached with a small walking path to the hotel complex with a swimming pool by its side in on the western side of that island. The beach in the northwestern part now allows tourists to swim there and the pier, which was just able to welcome small boats in the past, was extended in order to make cruise ships easier to moor.
