T: I thought that it was very troublesome that more than 150,000 Russian troops surround Ukraine. Having that many troops circle an area at once is concerning because they could attack and invade at any moment. Putin already puts up a lot of tension and pressure on the border which may be more worrisome. Putin has also implied that Ukraine is his since they have similar history, culture, and people which is troublesome as well since he already views them as his own and invading them could be a step closer to fully calling them Russia.

In addition, Russia is not revealing their plans to the public, they may be using hybrid warfare, meaning using propaganda to pressure Ukraine and the U.S. This is significant because Russia might not be planning to invade Ukraine yet but is taking advantage of the propaganda to take them one step closer to their goals.

Ukrainian's are just going about everyday without knowing the potential the Russian's invasion may cause. When or if Russia does invade, Ukrainians would not expect or know what to do in that situation.

S- NATO declared that they might offer membership to Ukraine some day in the future, which is a problem for Russia. This is significant because NATO is a military alliance between many countries, that Russia is apart of. Russia and Ukraine have had year-long conflicts which is why this wouldn't work out. This would bring more problems for both countries.
I- 150,00 Russian troops are circled around three sides of Ukraine. This is interesting because this shows that a greater conflict might actually occur.
T- Russia is threatening to bring the US into this conflict. This is troublesome because if Russia truly does bring the US into all of this, an actual war will break through.

Something I found troubling was that if all-out war broke out between the countries, tens of thousands of people could die, and up to 5 million refugees, according to estimates.
