For example, in Document 1, the Spanish conquistadors wanted to convert the natives to Christianity. This caused a conflict where the Spanish fired on the unarmed natives because they didn’t want to convert. The attempts of the Spanish to impose their culture onto the natives caused harm. Impact of Cultural Diffusion is also seen in Document 4. America took over Hawaii causing their queen to lose her power, and some of their culture to be lost in assimilation. In Document 6, the Japanese attempting to destroy the Korean culture and implant their own caused death, pain, and sorrow for the Koreans.
