Being able to print basic repair parts for projects around the house instead of buying them at the store is coming faster than some think. One idea that was presented at a conference I attended was the fact that people with money would have extra kidneys, lungs and hearts waiting for them if theirs failed.          <title>Project Lead the Way</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The school that I teach has six 3D printers available for the students to use in The Project Lead the Way classes. The students are gaining first hand experience using a printer that many of them would not of seen until college or possibly ever. I feel this gives them a leg up when they get to college. Many of the students in the program are looking to major in engineering in college.&nbsp;<br>A quote from a student about 3D Printers. "It made projects more enjoyable and made you put move effort into them knowing you could get your hands on your final project. The robotics team also used it to make custom parts." (C. Jumps, personal communication, October, 2017).<br>There are couple cons for school districts which include cost and space to house them. Another problem can be that at the present time it takes time to print these project and if classes are large some students way not get to print.<br><br></div>]]></description>
