He founded MLW Investments in 2018 and has since acquired and transformed under-performing multifamily properties into successful apartment complexes with high rates of tenant satisfaction and retention. Mark Weglarz has been Co-President of the Weglarz Company since 1999.

Through the Orland Park, Illinois-headquartered investment and development firm, Mr. Weglarz has built high quality hotels and offices throughout the Chicagoland metropolitan area. He, with his partner Jon Weglarz, oversees all aspects of construction budgeting and financing for each project and negotiates leases with tenants.

Mr. Weglarz has additional operational and financial leadership experience from serving as the Executive Chairman of FarmedHere, a vertical farm he helped found in 2010. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business, he was a co-captain and MVP of the men's varsity rowing team that won the 1989 Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championship.
