         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.It need not a scientist to explain that mobile phones are able to distracting,it is easy to detect confirmation from a scientist.<br>2.A substantial number of studies  indicate that the powerful computers in  pockets cause even the most disciplined of adults distracted-not to mention teenagers.<br>3.The London School of Economics published one study in 2015 and it explored  whether ban of mobile phones at schools causes teenagers' exam scores higher.Researchers discovered that teenagers in the schools with phone bans acquired numerous higher marks in their exams.<br>4.Ward and colleagues conducted another study in 2017 and discovered that cognitive capacity could be reduced as long as the phone is nearby ,no matter if mobile phones are turned off ,turned face down or put away.<br><br></div>]]></description>
