Building a positive school culture! My former principal was always very present and visible, she loved to celebrate growth and even smalls wins. She was very present in classrooms - participating and observing. She also came to our PLCs and was willing to offer ideas and model good instruction.

The principal visits classrooms frequently and speaks with the students about their current activities, ongoing projects, goals, and progress.
