         <title>Strengths
1. Everyone in the target population has an equal chance of being selected in the research
2. For very large sample, sample represents target population &amp; eliminates sampling bias.
3. Easy to use, analyze and interpret results
4. It is very easy to assess the sampling error in this method.
5. This is suitable for data analysis which includes the use of inferential statistics.

Weaknesses
1. Very costly (i.e., time, effort, money). For large population, it is time consuming to create a list of every individual in
2. Cannot be employed in heterogeneous population
3. The selection of sample becomes impossible if the units or items are widely dispersed.
4. This method carries larger errors from the same sample size than that are found in stratified sampling.
5. It may be impossible to contact the cases/individuals which are very widely dispersed.</title>
