The team at Spark: a centre for social research innovation has swelled during the pandemic - we went from 5 to 17 employees and students in a few months. Throughout the inevitable stress of that, Cheryl made everyone feel at home and kept us all smiling and laughing together. Despite never having met in person, we feel like a strong team, and that is largely due to her.

Thank you to Giovanna for being my go-to person and mental health support, bringing friendship and some normalcy to these insane days!

Working home has had its challenges and I am so thankful for all the support and resources the OD Team has provided including amazing sessions dedicated to wellness, the Healthy Workplace Committee for providing additional resources, and McMaster in general for providing support when we need it.
McMaster is truly an awesome place to work!
