Congnitive Theory

Congnitive Theory is the way you think, feel, and behave are going to come out. Like if you think postitive that I going to see the up side of things. While you are working project and it getting to the deadline to turn it and you are like "I know the deadline is next Monday and its only Wedensday so should ry to get it done on friday and it will be better shape to double check my work for any errors." So by using the the way you feel about being motivated and you pass a class or if you feel unmotivated to do your work and then you don't pass your pass class. Then then behavior kicks in like complete your work and not complete work on time.

Social theory is about the way the relationships with your friends and family reflect on the way you get motivated by the feedback. They give you feedback on your complete assignment. So, like if they say oh that was great work that you completed there. It looks really nice and neat. Keep up the great work, you're doing a good job. By doing this, they help you stay motivated and more positive to your success a completing your goals.

Humanistic Theory

Humanistic Theory is when it shows how a person has the power of free will and the potential to self-grow themselves like physiological, safety, love and belonging, esteem, and self-actualization. Physiological is where you need food, water, air, and clothing to help you grow. And then you need safety like you need good safe shelter with a good environment and a good job to help your growth in motivation. Then we all need recognition and to like our loved ones and belonging to someone or to something like that with our friends to help motivate you. And then comes into play with confidence and self-esteem to have that you know into yourself, you feel it in your heart. And then kicks in self-actualization Which is the big one on top? Like personal growth, self-awareness, problem solving, and you get start getting even a little bit more creative too and then you start growing and growing all the way to the top. And that's not even your limit, because your potential is all there.

The theory that I think would be the most helpful to me to maintain my motivation is going to be the social theory, because without my friends and family they're cheering me on and making me more motivated to succeed. And complete the tasks such as assignments that I need to get done to help me. By me using this theory to get my degree and help me walk across the stage that one day at the end of it all.

Like one of the motivation techniques from the textbook in Week 2 that I will be choosing is breaking down task. Because if I break down all the tasks into little sections and do one piece here, one piece there, and do one last piece. This won't be so much of A burden on me and my thinking at once. And it's a lot easier to complete 1 task and then I can keep on going on. Hey, I got this one and now I have another. By this way, it'll help me stay motivated and to completing my goals. And that way I could be able to self-grow within myself as well.

And the second motivation technique from the textbook in week two I would pick is to have a positive attitude, because if I don't have a positive attitude on what I'm doing and what I need to get done. And the motivation would just go out the window and I won't have any sense of pride in what I'm doing or no sense in ability to move on with what I must get done. And this also collides with the first technique as well, because by me having a positive attitude and breaking everything down, it'll just be 1 great masterpiece at the end.
