Ingredients

  • 2 red peppers in quarters
  • 2 zucchini cut in canes
  • 3 sprays of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 8 baguette bread slices
  • 4 spoon fools of grated parmesan cheese
  • Romaine lettuce, as necessary
  • lemon juice
  • mayonnise
  • anchovies

Preparation
Heat a grill and give olive oil shot, roast the vegetables previously seasoned with salt and pepper in batches until they are tender, reserve.
 Sprinkle a shot of olive oil on the grill and place the bread on it, crush a clove of garlic and smear on the slices of bread when golden and reserve.

For the dressing:
Place in a bowl the garlic, the lemon juice, the mayonnaise, the anchovies and season with salt and pepper, stir well.
Serve the salad on a plate and add the roasted vegetables along with the bread, serve with the dressing and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
