And can be presented as a pyramid. There are outputs of our project at the bottom of the pyramid. Outputs include our actions, the coverage of the target audience and the level of the satisfaction of customers. Then there are outcomes in the pyramid. It's new views of our audience, changes in behavior of target audience and the top of the social and environmental impact pyramid is a new life of the society (social impact). Well, our project aimed more at societal impact than environmental.  The use of modern technologies will allow us to increase the social impact in some caimprove some . Our clients/customers can improve health and education and other aspects of social life. So, our project is connected with  3  and 10 goals: well-being and reduced inequality. Everyone will have an opportunity to discuss something important for him/her, or find soulmate.

I chose positive as the first hat that represents my behavior best because I try to always think things in a good way. Problems as opportunities and mistakes as lessons. I also believe a lot in the law of attraction which encourages me to think positive.
The green hat- Creative
I chose this hat as the second one because even though it’s a part of me I don’t embrace it as much as I should. I think that thinking of new ideas, looking at things in a new perspective and trying to bring ideas to life is something that presents me as a person. I am also a very artsy person; I like arts and crafts and that is the way I express my creativity the most. 
Some of my strength are: taking the leader role, hardworking, motivated and I like challenges.

My strenghts- responsibility, hardworking, can work under pressure, flexibility, support and respect each member of a team. In addition to it, I'm always a good listener. I can work with a lot of information and be productive.
