Alivecor has a device that provides a one lead EKG reading through use of electrodes and an application on a smart phone or similar device. There are three FDA-cleared algorithms that are appropriate for use on Lead I. Normal, unclassified, and possible atrial fibrillation are the three potential readings that the Alivecor device can produce.
