Issue: social isolation of old folks- they don't have any interactive activities to take art in and they live alone. They also dont work, so they dont have a stable income. 
What we did: we made care packages which included canned food and 3-in-1 coffee powder and essentials durind covid- 19 like masks and hand sanitisers. We also went to senior care centres and organised activities and engaged the elderly

In singapore, there is an increasing number of ageing people hence the need to support and take care of them also increases. Hence, the younger generations and working force need to step up more to support the ageing population. For example, for one of our VIA activities, we volunteered at an old folks home and extended our help to the elderly. There. we played games, gardened and entertained them, making their day more fulfilling as well as enjoyable. By doing this, our understanding of our role as citizens increased. Instead of just sitting back and not doing anything, we should step up and help the elderly who have already done their part for the country. We should be more responsible as the younger generation and support the ageing population be it through working hard or taking care of them and helping them with simple tasks.
