Hello dear High School!, today we are going to talk about smartphones and the use you give it to them.
I know that the pandemic forces us, now more than ever, to depend too much on technology, but do you know how much damage spending too long on your cell phone can do to you?
Well, according to a search done by some scientists in 2019, on average the people spend 4 hours a day on their smartphones, which in a year is 1460 hours a year. A lot! Isn't it?
But if you don't know if you are using it in excess, here are some examples:

  • You catch yourself “phubbing” your family, friends, and partner
  • You constantly compare yourself to others
  • Your phone is the first and last thing you see every day

My name is Diego, and I want to make this text to tell you my opinion about the previous one. 
First, the tortilla, this technically isn't a plate, the tortillas usually are used to complement with everything (Like the bolillo), for example, the meat for tacos, eggs, and everything you want jaja, and in my opinion, the tortillas are an authentic Mexican food.
Now the cheese, like the tortillas these aren't a plate, this is used to complete a lot of plates, of course, it can be eaten alone but these aren't common, and I think that the cheese isn't an authentic Mexican food, except the Oaxaca Cheese because like the name says it's made in Oaxaca.
And finally, the tamales, we usually eat them in January, but you can always eat them whenever you want, there are sweet and salty, with chicken or meat, and for me, the tamales are an authentic Mexican food.
