There will be no more repetitive delinquency and they will be more disciplined after being punished. This was a good idea that the young offenders should be punished to make sure themselves be cautiously kind and do not repeat the same crimes.
In army camps, they will learn life skills that are good for them to use in real life. In these places, they also do not get  influenced from outside that can make them be the same people who like to make the same mistake. this all thing shows that young offenders can changes from bad to good people. 
 When offenders be punished, victims will feel at peace because they get justice to punish the bad people.That`s why young offenders should be punished for what have they done.They will also learn to be more responsible.  
 In conclusion, what more important is, every offender deserves a chance to change eventhough they did some crimes. As we know in this world every people make mistake, so who are we to punish someone, they might be a reasons for their wrong doing. There should not be imprisoned or convicted of undue punishment. However, they should be given more punishment towards goodness of the offenders. Which is, provide education and counseling to them. So, they are not too feel scared, trauma or depress with the punishment received, even though the control system is very strict. The reason is, they can learn the good attitude, be more kindness and responsibility. Underaged might be easily influenced by others.

Next, in my opinion, in the army camps, they will be learning new skills.  For example, be more independent, disciplined, cooperative with others, and else. There , they will also able to built their confidence and self, they only stay in the camp without any interruption to build a better identity than before.

Lastly, I think that young offenders should not be punished in prison. So they can stay at Army camp or Henry Gurney school. Their future maybe can be more secure future if we fixed in the right way. It will teach others not to offend others and shows that every wrong doings should be punished.            Moreover,at army camps young offenders can learn life skills such as cooking so they can use it in real life.Counselling sessions are provided to for them to handle their anger or depression wisely. They will be nurtured and tought on how to deal with problems and challenges. Hence,they don't easily get influenced by the negetivity of  others  too when they finished their time at the army camp.
          When offenders get punished,the victims will feel at peace because they got justice for the crimes the offenders did.It will also spread awareness to others too, that everyone should be responsible for their wrong doings. 
 In conclusion,everyone deserves a second chance however they should be punished for the crimes they did so they won't repeat the same mistake again. Therefore, by sending them to an army camp is one of the choice to punish young crime offenders. As we dont know what does the future holds for every each one of us, what will happen if we give the young offenders a second chance. Who knows, they will become our next future leader.
