staff :  hello afiq this is zaim thank you for calling and choose our 

            service, our cafe provide rm 3 per hour and we only have discount every wednesday which is rm 2 per hour.

customer : Next, Do you have printed service,because i might need it 

                    to print out some note or something else.

staff : Yes, we do provide printing service and we also have some refresment service which is selling some light snack.

customer : May i  know the operation time of your cafe?

staff : We open from 8a.m. to 5p.m. everyday, we closed on every sunday and public holiday.

customer : is it true that your cafe have member card? can u explain to me what benefits i get if i have member card

staf :Yes certainly, our member card have 3 categories which is the Newbie card, Regular card, and the most speacial VIP card. Every categories have its own speacialty which is the reward system are different level on each categories. You need to get higher point to get the higher member card rank. The higher you get the better the services.

customer : Can i know all the accessories that you sell at your cafe

staff: we sell some phone cases, charger, some cables, we also selling a lot of pc acessories.
