I think that it's not just one organ but two. In the food model that we did the small intestine and the large intestine were the organs with the biggest issues. The small intestine breaks down nutrients and absorbs energy and if the small intestine is having problems then that would explain why she's getting tired easily. A large intestine absorbs liquids and if her large intestine is having problems then that would explain the huge intake of water.

I can tell that her beginning of small intestine isn't working because in the "Exploring M'kenna's Digestive" you can see the abnormal activities happen hen it reaches that point.
