Tegenwoordig meren hier internationale cruiseschepen aan. Dit industrieel erfgoed is aangepast aan de eisen van de moderne tijd en wordt al decennialang gebruikt als locatie voor feesten, congressen of beurzen. Het gebouw ontleent haar markante uiterlijk aan de boogconstructie met grote glazen puien.
