you can use a venn diagram that consist of 2 or more circles to make a shape that you wright in, the middle part where they all connect is where you wright similarities and you wright the differences between them in each circle. there are other diagrams but venn diagram is the most popular one 


in texts you can use words like: also, same as ,similar to likewise ... to indicate somethings are similar
