<title>1.1. In my school organization the model of formal and hierarchical leadership is prevalent. All decisions are made by the principal. Personally, I opt for the distributed leadership which is based in trust in the expertise of individuals, in a culture of autonomy rather than control, the need for change in the process of decision-making and implementation. Distributed leadership is a more participative approach to change in which individuals feel safe and facilitated.</title>

<title>1.2.The need for distribution of leadership within the school is not only a pragmatic issue of proportionally dividing the school leaders workload, it has the positive impact on the self-efficacy of teachers and other staff members by encouraging them to show leadership based on their expertise and by supporting collaborative work culture. Distributed leadership places a central focus on the development of collaborative relationships that encourage, nurture and develop leadership capabilities in many people. culture for the introduction of distributed leadership.</title>

<title>1.3. A focus on the core purpose of learning Schools need to review and change structures, processes and rules; individuals need to review and change their practices.ARGUMENT There is a need to focus on actions rather than simply processes or structures. The design of a reflective process to scaffold action through cycles of change is important as new issues and ideas emerge</title>

<title>2.1 My school organization needs shared school leadership which is more than the sum of knowledge and actions of individual leaders. Structured courses selected as specific leadership actions are organized as a result of dynamic interaction between many leaders and audiences.</title>

<title>2.3. In my school is prevalent the old model of formal, one-person leadership which leaves the substantial talents of teachers largely untapped. Improvements achieved under this model are not easily sustainable.</title>

<title>2.4 Leaders not only influence followers but are also influenced by them. Thus, leadership is not simply something that is done to followers; followers in interaction with leaders and the situation contribute to defining leadership practice. Distributed Leadership Study identifies interdependence as the primary characteristic of interactions among leaders.</title>
